We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to begin charging for any feature or portion of the Service that is currently free, to require a paid subscription for continued access to any functionality, and to modify, limit, or discontinue free access, trial access, or promotional access at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRY TO RELAX, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRY TO RELAX, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TRY TO RELAX, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Try To Relax, LLC and its officers, employees, owners, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Try To Relax, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to jury trial and class or representative proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
